Travel by Highway:

From the north or west:

Take Highway 80 towards Oakland.
Exit to Highway 580 east.
Quickly shift into the rightmost 1-2 lanes.
Exit to Highway 24.
Exit at Broadway.
The exit merges into Keith Ave; shift into the rightmost lane as it does.
The first traffic light is Broadway; turn right.
The first street is Ocean View Drive; turn right.
Once you've crested the small hill, 5831 is on the left, about halfway down the block, under the name of Saunders.

From the south (straightforward):

Take Highway 880 north towards Oakland.
Exit to Highway 980.
Stay in the leftmost 2-3 lanes of Highway 980 as it turns into Highway 24.
Exit at Broadway.
The exit merges into Keith Ave; shift into the rightmost lane as it does.
The first traffic light is Broadway; turn right.
The first street is Ocean View Drive; turn right.
Once you've crested the small hill, 5831 is on the left, about halfway down the block, under the name of Saunders.

From the south (avoiding some traffic):

Take Highway 880 north towards Oakland.
Exit to Highway 238.
Exit to Highway 580 west (which goes north).
Exit to Highway 13.
Exit to Highway 24 west.
Exit at Broadway.
The exit turns into Broadway; go under the highway and through 2 traffic lights.
The next street is Ocean View Drive; turn right.
Once you've crested the small hill, 5831 is on the left, about halfway down the block, under the name of Saunders.

From the east:

Take Highway 24 west through the Caldecott Tunnel.
Exit at Broadway.
The exit turns into Broadway; go under the highway and through 2 traffic lights.
The next street is Ocean View Drive; turn right.
Once you've crested the small hill, 5831 is on the left, about halfway down the block, under the name of Saunders.

Travel by Street:

From the north:

Take College Ave south past the Rockridge BART station.
The second street after the BART station is Ocean View Drive; turn left.
The first street is McMillan St; pass it.
5831 is on the right, about halfway up the hill, under the name of Saunders.

From the south:

Take Broadway north past College Ave.
The third light after College Ave is Lawton Ave; continue through it.
The next street is Ocean View Dr; turn left.
Once you've crested the small hill, 5831 is on the left, about halfway down the block, under the name of Saunders.

Travel by BART:

Take BART to the Rockridge station.
Exit the station using the closest exit after the turnstiles and continue straight (from the escalator) on College Ave, which technically is slightly off to the right.
The second street is Ocean View Drive; turn left.
The first street is McMillan St; pass it.
5831 is on the right, about halfway up the hill, under the name of Saunders.
